A lovely day here today with plenty of sunshine. Temp around 8c with a slight breeze.

This has to be one of the wettest two month periods on record? Surely? It's just not stopped raining here for weeks and weeks and weeks

Even though it’s winter, today feels more like autumn. It’s foggy, damp, and very still, with temperatures around 6.5°C.

Same here, at least its not raining and not blowing a gale....still very wet tho. Looking foreward to picking up a dry easterly...might even trim the lawn boxing day

The first proper cold spell of winter has arrived.
A noticeably colder start to the day, though no frost yet. Skies are completely overcast with 100% cloud cover, and it’s very still outside with barely a breath of wind.

The cars are white, its been a hard frost overnight. Temperature -1c with clear skies

Kitchen sink here...very windy with regular, sleet, hail and snow showers all mixed into one!

Another cold and bright morning, you wouldn't think we were two hours awaay from where all the snow has fallen in Scarborough and Whitby. -2c at 10am, clear skies and a very slight breeze.

Another clear sky this morning. A slight breeze and -4c. Snow that fell last night is still on the ground, but only a good dusting. Nothing compared to other area's of the country.

3rd day of occasional snow showers here which have caused the usual carnage on the roads!

I feel we will miss this entire cold snap with not a flake of snow here. Very sad. But equally, delighted it's dry and crisp.
