It is hard to believe with your location that you didnt even manage to catch a shower...maybe some in south and south east joined you on that one...anyway, back to mild and damp here.

Damp, mild, overcast and very gloomy here.

Earlier this morning I heard the 'Teacher! Teacher! Teacher!' territorial call of the Great Tit (I know) which usually means the start of spring, if the old birdwatching folklore is correct. We've also had a hibernating queen wasp wake up in the house.

It’s been foggy over the past few days, but today feels even thicker — very still and, if I’m honest, a little eerie. Temperature around 4.4°C

2 days of boken cloud and sunshine...makes a big difference to your mood, espcially in contrast to last Sundays washout!

I wouldn’t say no to a bit of broken cloud and sunshine, though I’m still holding out hope for one last proper Yorkshire snowfall next week, before we escape to the “sunnier” south and forget what snow looks like.

Just received this via Facebook. Low tide in Mevagissey, Cornwall. Wild, stormy conditions with waves surging over the lighthouse, right where I usually fish from.

Question... How has the Atlantic still got so much energy in mid march!? This weather feels like November or December not nearly April
