Snow Chance Bar – End of Season Update

As we move further into spring, the Snow Chance Bar will be coming to a close at the end of March.

We hope this feature has been useful over the winter months and has helped give a quick and easy indication of potential snow risk across the UK. It’s been great to see so many of you using it alongside the charts and discussions.

The Snow Chance Bar will return at the beginning of November, ready for the 2026/27 winter season, unless, of course, conditions suggest a notable snow event earlier, in which case we’ll bring it back sooner.

Thanks again for all your support and feedback on this feature, it really does help shape how UKWW continues to develop.

Onwards now to spring and (hopefully!) a warmer, drier few months ahead.
